Pre-order policy · Kebijakan pre-order

Some ROXEY pieces are made after you order them. They carry a Pre-order label on the product page and in your bag.

• Pre-order only: the piece is always made to order.
• Pre-order when sold out: the piece is sold from ready stock first. When a size sells out, that size may open for pre-order.

The product page shows which applies to the colour and size you choose.

The product page shows an estimate, such as "est. 3 weeks", or the dates we expect to send the piece. That's when it leaves us; the courier's delivery time comes on top. After you order, the estimated ship date is also on your order page.

While your piece is being made, your order shows In production. When it's ready it moves to Being packed, then Shipped with a tracking number.

A pre-order batch can have a set number of slots, for the whole product or for a single size. Some batches also close on a set date. Both are shown on the product page. When the slots are taken or the date has passed, that pre-order is closed.

Some pieces are marked Coming soon with a countdown. Ordering opens automatically when the countdown ends.

You pay the full price when you order, in the same way and within the same payment time as any other piece. Your slot is held while the payment timer runs, and is confirmed once your payment is.

Some vouchers don't apply to pre-order pieces. Checkout tells you if that's the case.

Your whole order ships together in one parcel, with one shipping fee, once the pre-order piece is ready. The ready-stock pieces wait for it. If you need a ready-stock piece sooner, place it as a separate order.

If making takes longer than the estimate, we'll contact you with a new date. If it's more than [[how long past the estimate before a customer may cancel, e.g. 14 days]] later than the first estimate, you can choose to keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.

Pre-order pieces are made for you, so [[cancellation rule for paid pre-orders, e.g. a paid pre-order can't be cancelled, except when it's delayed as described above]]. If we ever have to cancel a pre-order ourselves, we refund everything you paid.

Sebagian produk ROXEY dibuat setelah Anda memesan. Produk tersebut memiliki label Pre-order di halaman produk dan di tas Anda.

• Khusus pre-order: produk selalu dibuat setelah dipesan.
• Pre-order saat habis: produk dijual dari ready stock lebih dulu. Saat sebuah ukuran habis, ukuran tersebut bisa dibuka untuk pre-order.

Halaman produk menunjukkan jenis mana yang berlaku untuk warna dan ukuran yang Anda pilih.

Halaman produk menampilkan perkiraan, misalnya "estimasi 3 minggu", atau tanggal kami memperkirakan produk dikirim. Itu adalah waktu produk keluar dari tempat kami; lama pengiriman kurir dihitung terpisah. Setelah memesan, perkiraan tanggal kirim juga tampil di halaman pesanan Anda.

Selama produk dibuat, pesanan Anda berstatus Dalam produksi. Setelah siap, statusnya menjadi Sedang dikemas, lalu Dikirim dengan nomor resi.

Satu batch pre-order bisa memiliki jumlah slot tertentu, untuk seluruh produk atau untuk satu ukuran. Sebagian batch juga ditutup pada tanggal tertentu. Keduanya tertera di halaman produk. Jika slot sudah penuh atau tanggalnya terlewati, pre-order tersebut ditutup.

Sebagian produk bertanda Segera hadir dengan hitung mundur. Pemesanan otomatis dibuka saat hitung mundur selesai.

Anda membayar harga penuh saat memesan, dengan cara dan batas waktu pembayaran yang sama seperti produk lainnya. Slot Anda ditahan selama hitung mundur pembayaran berjalan, dan dipastikan setelah pembayaran terkonfirmasi.

Sebagian voucher tidak berlaku untuk produk pre-order. Checkout akan memberi tahu jika demikian.

Seluruh pesanan dikirim bersama dalam satu paket, dengan satu ongkos kirim, setelah produk pre-order siap. Produk ready stock menunggu bersamanya. Jika Anda membutuhkan produk ready stock lebih cepat, pesanlah secara terpisah.

Jika pembuatan memakan waktu lebih lama dari perkiraan, kami akan menghubungi Anda dengan tanggal baru. Jika keterlambatannya lebih dari [[batas keterlambatan sebelum pelanggan boleh membatalkan, mis. 14 hari]] dari perkiraan awal, Anda boleh memilih tetap melanjutkan pesanan atau membatalkannya dengan pengembalian dana penuh.
